Ryan Vella - Managing Director

With nearly two decades of experience working for corporate residential estate agencies and successfully setting up independent offices in London, Ryan set up Truepenny's in 2005. Named after his maternal grandfather (Mr. M.I. Truepenny) and meaning 'An honest and trustworthy fellow', the business ethos was focused on providing an excellent service. Truepenny's quickly gained a positive reputation for exceeding expectations. Growing from strength to strength, Ryan has opened a second office in Charlton and third office in Greenwich, bringing the same principals to South-East London.

Albert Marques - Assistant Manager

Albert joined Truepenny's in 2010 having previously worked in residential lettings in Clapham before moving across to sunny East Dulwich. Albert's work and dedication has been a key asset and fundamental to Truepenny's reputation and growth from strength to strength culminating in the opening of the Charlton and Greenwich offices. His attention to detail, work ethic, and excellent customer service levels are a huge asset to Truepenny's.

Matthew Wedlake - Senior Property Consultant

Matthew has worked at Truepenny’s since the spring of 2014 and has progressed into the role of Senior Property Consultant. Professional yet friendly, experienced but plainspoken, the online reviews demonstrate the excellence he brings to the team. With an in-depth knowledge of local sales and lettings markets, Matthew is focused on making sure that his clients leave the office with the best deal possible. You can trust him to go that extra yard.

Connor Brewer - Property Consultant

Connor joined Truepenny's in February 2018 and has gone from strength to strength; With a background in business management, Connor has shown a natural ability to match people to their ideal home and has been brokering a number of successful deals . He brings a fresh approach and is always ecstatic when pairing clients with their dream homes.

Sophie Nuthall - Accounts Manager

Sophie has worked in the property industry since 2005. With previous secretarial and sales experience, Sophie understands the estate agency process and has taken on the role of property accounts manager at Truepenny's. Having worked in East Dulwich for many years, Sophie is passionate about the local area and believes excellent customer service is key to the smooth running of the business.

Sam Halim - Property Manager

Sam joined Truepenny's in 2015 and has a direct approach liaising between landlords and tenants. Sam makes all the difference when it comes to rectifying problems swiftly and effectively.
